Lovely food but took two hours and two phone calls to deliver 😢

Was not delivered! 2 hours after ordering unable to get hold of them on the phone, will not use again, waiting to check it's refunded!

I ordered my meal at 5.40pm Was due at 7pm It’s now 9.40pm I have no food and I can’t contact the restaurant ( seems number does not exist)

Delicious food with phenomenal flavours. Ordered several tapas options and each was delicious with generous portion sizes. Delivered right on time.

Amazing as always, we usually eat in the restaurant but due to a family accident we decided to get as a takeaway, food was just as good as sitting in and service was amazing when I came to collect

Don’t know. Wasn’t delivered. Apparently the only order tonight? Don’t know where the driver is. 3 hours without any food.

We went to pick-up. Amazing experience and best value for money food this side of the Forth!

Took 2 hrs for delivery to arrive and was luke warm despite being told it was being remade fresh. Then only received 3/4 of the order. Was told they wouldmake the balance straight away and send it out but took another hour to arrive despite living a 5 minute drive from the restaurant. No calls were received to explain any delay.

Got a phone call after we ordered saying they had ran out of the meatballs so needed to pick something else. 2 hours later food came (no apology for taking hours), pasta was average, onion rings bad and cold. Normally love Gratzi but this has been our last few orders that have been horrible. Won’t order again.

Really sorry we tried you but the pizzas were like eating cooked doughy bread far to thick didn't seem authentic or home made amd very poor for a restaurant quality

Ordered at 7.40pm,estimated delivery was 8.10.arrived at 9.50pm. Would understand slightly more if it was the weekend,although 2 hours is still pretty unacceptable

Probably the best takeaway meal I’ve ever had.

I pre ordered @15:45 and delivery was to be 16:40. It didn’t arrive until 18:45 after 2 calls. Very disappointed. The food was great but spoiled my whole night plan

We were so disappointed we couldn't come to the restaurant as my son was unwell. However, we realised you delivered and were delighted. The food was excellent and very quickly delivered. Many thanks

sadly pasta was cold and over cooked . calamari were soggy like they have been cooked a while back .
